Robert F. Meeh - President/Owner

Bob is the president and 4th generation owner of R.F. Meeh Co. (established 1910); a sheet metal fabrication, HVAC and construction company. He is also president of Meeh Climate; a mechanical piping and service company, and co-owner of MJ Products; a toilet partitions and accessories distribution company.

As the President of Scale Free Systems, Bob oversees the company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. He works with the company directors to outline strategies and guidance for the development of all projects. He also develops new and maintains existing client relationships throughout the country.

Bob studied Construction Management at Meramec Community College and has been in the mechanical sheet metal industry for 35 years.

As an avid golfer, hunter, fisherman and overall sports fan, through Scale Free he found a way to merge his passion for the environment and community with his education and experience by designing and patenting the non-chemical water treatment process which protects the environment while facilitating maintenance and lowering costs.

Robert G. Hanneken, P.E. - Director of Engineering/Sales

Bob is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the fields of transportation engineering, construction management, environmental compliance and water quality issues. He has over 24 years of technical and managerial responsibility over a wide range of projects in the engineering industry.

As the Director of Engineering for Scale Free Systems, Bob oversees all aspects of the technical innovation and product development process including product verification testing and quality assurance. He provides project consulting and installation supervision. He also oversees new technology acquisition, global business development and partner/distributor recruitment. He has a history of strong leadership, deep practical engineering knowledge and a proven track record for timely project delivery, project management, cost control and customer satisfaction 

Bob graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and from UC Berkeley with a Master of Science in Engineering Management. Before becoming part of the Scale Free team, Bob worked for two ENR Top 10 consulting engineering firms.

Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his two daughters and is an avid soccer player and golfer. Bob also volunteers his time to the St. Louis Arc, a non-profit organization that provides services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Robert J. Meeh - Service Director/Sales

Robbie is the 5th generation of Meeh working at the Meeh Family of Companies. He is currently apprenticing for HVAC maintenance to expand his skills set and practical experience in the industry.

As the Service Director for Sales for Scale Free Systems, Robbie maintains existing accounts by analyzing monthly service sheets, planning daily service schedule and conducting tests. He documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. He maintains rapport with customers by examining system anomalies, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and recommending system improvements. He establishes new client service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts and assisting with installation. 

Robbie graduated from Webster University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, where he was also active in athletics and student activities groups.

Lee Wilson - Director of Sustainability/Sales

Lee promotes a vision of business accountability to a wide range of stakeholders, besides shareholders and investors. Key areas of concern for Lee are environmental protection and the well-being of employees, the community and civil society in general, both now and in the future. Lee is charged with creating and sharing Scale Free Systems narrative of sustainable development to existing and future partners around the world. Lee accomplishes this mission by developing dynamic relationships via any medium available, which will ultimately lead to face to face interactions. In the initial sales and analysis stage, Lee’s focus is to create understanding and clear expectations for all parties involved in moving forward with developing long-term mutually beneficial relationships..

Lee is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Lee holds degrees in Sustainable Development and Special Education with focus areas including but not limited to renewable energy technologies and diversity in education. Lee served on the Appalachian State Renewable Energy Initiative where he served as project manager for multiple projects that replaced existing technologies with more forms of renewable energy technologies throughout campus. In association with Scale Free Systems, Lee was the recipient of the 2015 Appalachian State University Energy Summit Award for the UNC education system.

Lee is also heavily invested in the special needs community. Lee co-founded the Eye to Eye National Chapter at Appalachian State University, a national mentoring organization that matches college students with elementary students who identify as “Different Thinkers” (LD/ADHD). Lee is also a program coordinator for KAMPN (Kid’s with Autism Making Progress in Nature), a tuition free nature based camp in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina for families on the autism spectrum. “Great spirits have always encountered mediocre minds”- Albert Einstein.

Joe Miller, P.E. - Engineering Consultant

Joe is an outside consultant that designed and developed the copper/silver ionization process for the Scale Free System. His company manufactures the copper/silver bars that are used in the system. He provides technical expertise to Scale Free on innovative technology and product development. 

Joe is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

With a strong background of innovation, Joe has several patented inventions in the field of engineering to his credit. In addition to working for several Fortune 500 companies, Joe has also owned his own firm where he has gained experience in all phases of the mechanical engineering field.
